Aastha has a Professional Development Programme course, which offers a six-week training for educators, education consultants, counsellors and creative leaders in education. It has a Life Skills Project in schools for children to explore and learn life skills, including attitudes, relationships, values, coping with stress, responsibility, and success. It organises an annual national-level conference on themes concerning education, society and individual growth. It holds seminars and workshops for teachers and heads of institutions, and networks with educators and other professionals in education. It plans to create a data bank to help integrate Indian knowledge systems in education. It has also set up nursery school and plans to start a high school, integrating Indian knowledge systems and different educational approaches.
