Outreach works primarily in the area of natural resource management. It also runs 15 day care centres caring for over 1000 children of migrant construction workers at construction sites. The centres are migratory. It provides non-formal education and admissions to government schools; health care through hospital referrals; recreation, vocational training , placements and hostel facilities. It mobilises toys, books, clothes and medicines from the urban community. They offer training in the form of six-session workshops conducted for over two weeks on evolved methodology and techniques of education and community organisation.
