Jagruthi works to rehabilitate children of sex workers, child sex workers and children with HIV/AIDS. It was also involved in the mapping of the geographical location of sexually exploited children. It has a home care centre for 56 children. The centre provides medical and rehabilitation facilities to children. Jagruthi runs two creche that provide basic nutrition, play time and other child-centred care for children of commercial sex workers. It works closely with a number of organisations and the police to optimise its reach.
